From 17 – 19 March, ASM participated in Semicon China 2021. ASM SMT & SEMI from ASMPT Group had a joint booth and together, we showcased ASM Smart Solutions. Semicon is a powerful platform; ASM booth had attracted many visitors during the Show. We managed to promote and share our innovative solutions to many visitors and organisations, especially our friends in China. It was beyond our expectations.
Semicon is an industry event for semiconductors.
ASMPT Group took part in Semicon China 2021, and showcased the complete solutions from back end to SMT solutions to visitors during the 3-day event.
SMT solutions exhibited a production line of DEK TQ and SIPLACE TX micron, for the perfect advanced packaging combination. With the improved SIPLACE SpeedStar placemment head, and performance suitable for high-density placement, and a DEK TQ designed for the smart factory, it is the suitable line for high speed and high accuracy for printing and placement of submodules and SiPs.
Also displaying, the latest stencil printing method – DEK Mass Alignment of Singulated Substrates (MASS) on DEK NeoHorizon, it sets the new benchmark and enables high speed optical alignments and simultaneous printing of multiple boards.
To build an integrated smart factory setup, MES factory solutions by Critical Manufacturing and SKT were also displayed.
As ASM SMT solutions is a new participant in Semicon China, we had found many visitors at our booth and we were glad to receive the interest in us.
It also a delight to know that amidst all, physical tradeshow is slowly returning and it is a good reflection of the booming development of Chinese semiconductor industry.
