ASM’s ultra-flexible DEK NeoHorizon 03iX, with alignment capability of ±12.5 µm @ 2.0 Cmk, (±6 Sigma), offers excellent precision in combination with a high-speed 8 sec. core cycle time. Designed with adaptability in mind, the modular DEK NeoHorizon 03iX allows unmatched customization of features – whether cleaning, inspection and/or tooling technologies, to name a few. At SMTAi 2021, the DEK NeoHorizon 03iX will be shown in line with ASM’s ProcessLens, the benchmark for self-learning SPI systems. Together with advanced DEK printing technology, ProcessLens offers exceptional control and optimization of the printing process, which is a requirement for high-reliability EMS operations and mission-critical medical manufacturing.

Complemented by a range of DEK process support products (PSP) such as VectorGuard stencil systems, mesh-mount stencils, award-winning tooling technologies and optimized understencil cleaning solutions and fabrics, ASM ensures every aspect of the screen printing operation is aligned for successful outcomes. New substrate support systems that facilitate improved printing precision – such as ASM Flex support, MASS (Multiple Alignment of Singulated Substrates) and next-generation carriers – will be shown in ASM booth #3025 at SMTAi.

Modular and powerful, the single package ASM Works allows manufacturers to build a highly customizable software infrastructure that aligns with production objectives while ensuring easy set-up for seamless, integrated electronics manufacturing. The core package is foundational and inclusive of smart functionalities such as data exchange, operator guidance, process optimization, monitoring and remote support. From there, ASM Works upgrade modules --such as planning, preparation and traceability -- can be added when needed.
