We know that only people who are happy in their job perform at their best, which is why we pay special attention to employee satisfaction. We appreciate the importance of balancing work with life outside of work, therefore we have a range of policies in place to help support staff with this, from maternity and paternity policies to flexible working options. And since we are constantly striving to become better, we regularly conduct employee satisfaction surveys. The results show consistently that we are moving in the right direction. Respondents give especially high marks to the working atmosphere, and the small amount of employee turnover speaks for itself – the average employee has been with the company for 10 years.

I’d say one of ASM’s strengths is not only that they invest in their employees’ careers, but they look after everyone’s wellbeing. This ranges from having onsite mental health first aiders who can offer support to the sports and social club who arrange the activities throughout the year. The summer parties in particular, are not to be missed!
