ASM Command Center aims to ensure optimum operator guidance by permanently monitoring all production lines, analyzing status and machine data and intelligently prioritizing them. Should manual assists be required, the system informs users with a matching skill set via smart devices such as smart watches. They automatically receive all relevant information and support to complete the assist. ASM Command Center allows for the creation of operator teams which flexibly tend to the lines based on their training and the task at hand. Another benefit: assists such as changes to machine setting, which do not require physical presence at the lines, can be completed via the central remote cockpit.
