Technical and service teams are supported by an AI-based virtual assistant to whom they can simply ask questions via voice. And the ASMPT Academy's modern and target group-specific range of courses makes it easier to refresh knowledge and onboard new employees. In this way, the shortage of skilled employees can be intelligently compensated for and higher productivity in production can be achieved.
