We are implementing PCB support for all our products. As a high volume, low mix production it is compulsory to have a stable and reliable support during printing. ASM is helping us with the design and manufacture of the dedicated tooling. Because of a mix of factors (side clamping & thin PCB & big panel size) ASM recommended vacuum on the tooling. All technical aspects of the tools are clarified in a transparent and competent way by ASM. We also appreciate the fast reaction time, from the moment we provide the data until we get the tool in-house.
We are purchasing all the PCB support and consumables (squeegee or cleaning paper rolls) from ASM. We are happy with ASM PSP products, as we consistently get the best support and counseling to maintain and improve our process. Our goal is to have a stable and reliable print process, and together with ASM we are achieving this goal.
