On 20 – 22 January, Semi Segment and SMT Solutions segment under the ASMPT Group jointly participated in the 35th Internepcon Japan Show. For the 1st time, Internepcon Japan presented as a physical onsite and digital show, allowing visitors from Japan and other global visitors to the Show. ASMPT featured solutions from the Backend for the semiconductor industry to smart SMT solutions for electronics assembly manufacturing.
ASMPT Group presented a complete solution for electronic manufacturing needs during the recent Internepcon Japan 2021, held on 20 – 22 January. Together, Semi Solutions and SMT Solutions provided the full range from Backend for the semiconductor industry to SMT solutions for electronics assembly, covering all phases of electronics production, so manufacturers have an integrated solution that helps them attain “enabling the digital world” easily.
“At the Internepcon, ASMPT presented the various industries that we support with our broad line of assembly and packaging equipment, from microelectronics, semiconductor, photonics and optoelectronics industries. We also showcased smart SMT solutions from hardware to software and factory solutions that can support electronics assembly manufacturing for Automotive, Smartphones and many more. The pandemic did not put the Show to a halt. Preventive and safety measures were in place and we greeted visitors at our booth, sharing our innovative solutions.
