Overcoming the challenges to meet up with customers for business discussions, ASM pushed the boundaries and connected with customers in a unprecedented way. For the 1st time in Korea, ASMPT SMT Solutions presented “ASM Digital World 2020, Together in the new Normal”, introducing Smart Factory Solutions to Korean Customers in a virtual way
Given the current circumstances where minimal contact needs to be observed, virtual and remote services are the preferred way.
Our SMT Smart Factory Solutions is the answer to make this possible and to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
On 15 Oct, ASMPT SMT Solutions held a virtual event for the first time to our Korean customers. We introduced smart innovative solutions such as DEK TQ, ASM ProcessLens, SIPLACE TX. We also shed light on the newly launched ASM Works – a smart factory suite of software – consisting of ASM Production Planner, ASM Remote Smart Factory, ASM Command Centre, ASM Material Manager etc, for a Integrated Smart Factory. We explained how all these solutions (hardware and software) could be integrated seamlessly in your factories and performed remotely and achieve improved efficiency.
A retelecast of the seminar was also played on 16 Oct who had missed the 1st day or needed a recap.
Overall, customers were impressed with the seminar. They reacted that this is the 1st time a SMT company in Korea had done a presentation in a virtual seminar style and were surprised with how it was presented.
