 Do you run different products side-by-side on parallel tracks or do you place components on the top and bottom of the same product? The problem: If the placement volumes differ, the "slower" product becomes a productivity bottleneck.

 Not so with SIPLACE machines and Borrow Performance. Teamwork does the trick: The placement area with the greater component volume can simply "borrow" unused performance from the opposite area. With this approach, Borrow Performance balances the different cycles in the placement areas. The result: Top-and-bottom products or products with primary and secondary boards can be processed more efficiently and flexibly.
